Why choose nose fillers instead of traditional surgery?
Being used to temporarily address issues like a small bump, a drooping nasal tip, and asymmetry, the non-surgical nose job is one of the best alternatives for the desired cosmetic surgical procedure, rhinoplasty.
Many patients are frightened by the potential complications that comes with surgery, as well as the risk of unfavourable cosmetic results. With non surgical rhinoplasty, you are guaranteed a safe, non-invasive alternative to traditional rhinoplasty. With no required downtime or bruising you can enjoy the rest of your day, reserve your days off for fun, not recovery.
The procedure only takes 15 minutes and is a lot quicker than the 1 to 4 hours that it takes to complete a rhinoplasty. Not only this, but the results are visible straight away and it allows you to return to work the same day.
Non-Surgical Nose Job
The non-surgical nose job consists of fillers (Juvederm®) being injected into specific nose areas to achieve the desired look. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is perfect for those who want to temporarily address issues like a small bump, a drooping nasal tip, and asymmetry.
What is non surgical rhinoplasty and why should you get it done? Nose fillers are an excellent, affordable option for people who want to change the shape of their nose and have a nose job without surgery. Liquid rhinoplasty can help to improve the aesthetics of the nose. Filler is strategically injected into areas on the nose, depending on the desired end goal. Filler can be added to the bridge of the nose to offer a smoother and straighter nose or filler can be injected surrounding the tip to lift and elevate the nose offering a smaller appearance. The filler is carefully massaged to give a natural finish and look and reduce the uneven build-up of filler.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does non surgical rhinoplasty last?
If you're wondering how long does anon surgical nose job last, the results from AL Aesthetics are immediate and last between 6-12 months, and even up to 2 years - We don’t call it the “15-minute nose job” for no reason!
As the results are relatively temporary, adjustments can be made as your face changes over time to ensure you retain the look you desire.
What filler is used for non surgical rhinoplasty?
We only use the highest quality type of filler for non surgical rhinoplasty at AL Aesthetics. JUVÉDERM® is an industry leading Dermal Filler product made by Allergan. The JUVÉDERM® collection of Dermal Fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture, softness and adds volume.
Do you offer aftercare?
Within two weeks after your treatment, we will invite you back for a check-up to make sure you’re comfortable, have no problems, and enjoy your results.
What can a non surgical nose job do? Who is it suitable for?
Anyone who has:
- A slightly crooked nose
- Small nose that needs building up
- Hook shaped noses that would like straightening
- A mild to moderate bump on the bridge of the nose
- A mild to moderate drooping of nasal tip
- A nose that needs refinement after surgical rhinoplasty

Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?
If a filler is injected into the nose improperly, it can damage the blood supply. There is no need to worry about this happening as we are highly experienced and co-pioneered this treatment.
Results are instant; there is no excessive downtime, general anaesthetic, and prolonged healing.
How do I know whether the treatment will suit my face?
All treatments are bespoke to you, meaning we will never give you a result that doesn’t suit you or that you didn't expect. Speak to us if you have any questions.
How much does non surgical rhinoplasty cost?
Our non-surgical nose fillers cost depends on the complexity, and the type of filler used but ranges from £495 to £750 at AL Aesthetics. Our pricing is based on the level of experience we holds and the quality of the filler used.
Is non surgical rhinoplasty worth it?
If you’re looking for subtle changes in appearance to your nose, the non-surgical nose job is right for you. However, if you want to improve the function of your nose, such as improvements to your breathing, surgical rhinoplasty is more suitable. AL Aesthetics can enhance the look of crooked noses and bumps on noses.
Can non surgical rhinoplasty make your nose smaller?
Nose fillers can improve symmetry, reduce bumps and reshape the tip, but non-surgical rhinoplasty can't reduce the size of your nose altogether.
Can non surgical rhinoplasty make your nose thinner?
By applying filler around the tip of the nose, AL Aesthetics can make it look thinner and more refined, but not smaller.
Does non surgical rhinoplasty hurt?
Although everyone’s pain tolerance is different, liquid nose jobs only cause a bit of discomfort, and you will only feel a pinching sensation. Before treatment, we will apply numbing cream to help with any pain.
Is non surgical rhinoplasty permanent?
Nose fillers are not a permanent procedure, and you will need to have a top-up treatment when the fillers start to dissolve after 6-12 months. Non surgical rhinoplasty is non-invasive and only takes 15 minutes, which is ideal for those not wanting surgery.
A touch-up treatment within 2 – 4 weeks after the initial treatment may be necessary to achieve an optimal correction. If you do not like how your nose turns out after fillers, we can remove it for you.
Can you exercise after non surgical rhinoplasty?
AL Aesthetics will go through all of the aftercare advice with you in person. We advise you to avoid exercising for 48 hours after treatment, refrain from wearing heavy glasses, avoid sun exposure and heat (e.g. sauna and hot yoga) for two weeks post-treatment.
How to look after the nose after non surgical rhinoplasty?
We recommend that you avoid touching the treatment area for 6 hours after the fillers have been injected. Afterwards, we say that it’s okay to gently wash the area with soap and water, and light makeup can be applied.
We need to wait for the initial swelling and redness to go down before any exposure to extreme heat (e.g. solarium and sunbathing) or intense cold.
How to prepare for non surgical rhinoplasty?
Don’t take any blood thinners like drinking alcohol, aspirin or vitamin E for two days prior and two days after treatment. Any other advice, AL Aesthetics will tell you during your free consultation.
